We analyze 100+ proprietary location factors across 15+ datasets—learning from over 500,000 real business outcomes—to answer the question every entrepreneur and real estate agent needs answered:

Our platform provides:
- Survivability Scores: the probability (0-100%) that a specific business type will remain operational for at least 2 years at any given address
- Revenue Capture Scores: estimates of market share a business could capture based on local demand, competition, and location advantages
- Comprehensive Location Analysis: insights into 100+ factors including market demand, competition intensity, accessibility, neighborhood characteristics, site economics, and performance history
- Interactive Map Interface: visual heatmaps showing high and low survivability areas across entire neighborhoods
